Rio Bravo Investimentos, in compliance with current legislation, has an Organizational Ombudsman Structure. This body was created to act as a communication channel between Rio Bravo and its customers, and should ultimately be called upon to the demands that have not been removed and resolved in the other service channels ("CONTACT" tab) of Rio Bravo.
According to the duties of the Rio Bravo Ombudsman are:
a) attend, register, instruct, analyze and give formal and appropriate treatment to complaints from customers and users of society's products and services, which are not principally resolved by the usual service provided by our analysts;
b) provide the necessary clarifications and inform the complaints about the progress of their demands and the measures adopted;
c) inform the claimants about the period foreseen for the final answer, which may not exceed 10 (ten) working days, which may be extended only once in a justified manner; and
d) forward a conclusive answer to the plaintiffs' demand by the deadline informed above.
Rio Bravo understands that the Ombudsman Organizational Structure is an important tool to map its activities and maintain its high level of service provision.
